Advertisement, cancellation and awarding of bids

Due to technical difficulties, The Government Printing Works (GPW) and the National Treasury e-Tender Portal are offline and therefore cannot issue the Government Tender Bulletin.

As an interim measure, the Western Cape Provincial Treasury will publish bid invitations, bid cancellations and bids awarded on its website to assist Western Cape Government Departments to reach the broader and intended supplier base.

Any enquiries with regards to the advertising of bids, cancellations and awards must be directed to the relevant department and NOT the Provincial Treasury.  The contact details of each department’s Supply Chain unit is enclosed in the relevant bid advertisement, cancellation or award.
