City of Cape Town's Water & Sanitation Customer Satisfaction Survey

The City of Cape Town's Water and Sanitation Department is conducting a survey to gather insight into residential and business water and sanitation needs and satisfaction rates with the City's services provided. The City will be using the survey insights to understand where and which services are performing well, and to identify areas in need of improvement.
