On Friday, 13 October 2023, Western Cape Minister of Mobility, Ricardo Mackenzie, will meet SANTACO-WC leadership as part of a series of stakeholder engagements on the current review of Operating Licence Conditions by the Western Cape Mobility Department.
The Western Cape Provincial Regulatory Entity (PRE) is encouraging and facilitating participation by the public and key stakeholders in this important process. Comments on the draft reconfigured conditions must be submitted on or before Friday 20 October 2023 (the previous deadline was extended to this new date). All comments and representations will be duly considered by the PRE before the final conditions are published in the Government Gazette.
