The Human Settlements Helpdesk provides assistance wherever possible to the citizens of the Western Cape with the sole purpose of finding solutions or advice.

• Monday To Friday: 07h30 until 15h00
• All walk-in clients will be assisted by on a first come basis.
• Submission of completed Subsidy Application Forms - can be dropped off in a box at Ground Floor Security at 27 Wale Street or via post
