Media Alert: Groundbreaking Ceremony at Delft Hospital's ARV TB Clinic

Theuns Botha, Western Cape Health Minister, invites you to the groundbreaking ceremony that marks the start of construction of a dedicated ARV TB Clinic at Delft Hospital, with a R1.5 million public funding from Adcock-Ingram, and an additional R500 000 from other sponsors for equipment and furniture. To date pregnant women and babies had to share the waiting rooms with HIV TB patients, but the new clinic will separate patients with different needs. The intervention of private sector contributors is significant because it demonstrates the enthusiasm from the private sector towards the strengthening of our health facilities.
