Development Management Perception Survey 2024

The Western Cape Government, through the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning, and The Directorate: Development Management, is responsible for the administration of environmental impact assessment (“EIA”) applications in the Western Cape, is conducting a perception survey again this year to determine how you, as a client of this Directorate, perceive this Directorate.

Please note that you should focus responses specifically on this Directorate and should not include reference to any other component (for example, S24G, Waste Management, Appeals, Development Facilitation, etc.) within the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning.

Further, the Directorate seeks your assistance in expanding the distribution of this survey to any interested party on your mailing list within your network. We aim to gather diverse perspectives and insights to enhance the comprehensiveness of our findings. Additionally, we kindly request that you and your contacts respond to the survey for the period February 2023 to January 2024.

This Directorate will therefore greatly appreciate it if you complete the survey by providing answers to the questions below. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
