Minister to Attend Substance Abuse Treatment Graduation Ceremony

Western Cape Minister of Social Development Albert Fritz will today attend a certificate graduation ceremony at the University of the Western Cape, where ordinary citizens will receive certificates in substance abuse treatment.

Over the past few months these active citizens have increased their knowledge on substance abuse treatment so as to better serve their families or communities in which they operate.

The Minister will be commending them for their perseverance and dedication.

There will be photograph and interview opportunities.
