Department extends service hours to celebrate Public Service Month

September marks Public Service Month in South Africa. Public Service Month (PSM) is an integrated strategic national event. The Public Service Month serves as a reminder of what it means to serve communities and to also look at the impact the government has, especially around issues of service delivery.

To commemorate Public Service Month, the Human Settlements branch in the Department of Infrastructure will be extending its service days and hours to our citizens.

The Human Settlements Help Desk office will be open on two alternate Saturdays as indicated hereunder.
