Increase the Value of Your Property

Whenever you do renovations or additions to your home, you increase its value. You could do this, for example, by building on a garage; adding on a sun room or veranda; improving the security of your property by, say, erecting a fence around it; or by creating a beautiful garden or green area.

However, any additions to your house must be approved by your municipality before you start building.
