The department is seeking to contract with one service provider. The Terms of Reference, specifies that one service provider is invited to bid and that each service provider can submit a single bid under:

Background

The Business Process Outsourcing Skills Development Project facilitates experiential learning and work placement opportunities for unemployed youth in the Western Cape’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, to improve the future employment prospects of participants between the ages of 18 - 35 years.

The Western Cape Department of Economic Development and Tourism (DEDAT) is driving and coordinating the development of long-lasting broadband infrastructure and services across the Western Cape.
