Young city software developers to showcase their latest concepts

Young software developers will have the chance to showcase their concepts as part of Minister Alan Winde’s focus on innovation this month.

Today (24 July 2017), Minister Winde will visit Absa Aliens, a training ground for talented young software developers.

It is the final visit in Minister’s Winde month-long programme, which included engagements with the Interactive Community Access Network (ICAN) in Elsies River, the Barn Khayelitsha and a demonstration of the use of drone technology in agriculture at the Western Cape Department of Agriculture in Elsenburg.
