Media Alert: MEC to Attend the Provincial Launch of the National Science Week

Tomorrow, Minister Donald Grant will be speaking at the Provincial launch of the National Science Week in the Western Cape.

National Science Week is a countrywide celebration of science involving various stakeholders and role players conducting science-based activities.

The theme of this year's celebrations is "The Role of Science in Economic Development."

Therefore, Minister Grant will be speaking on the role education can play in developing our science and technology skills, as well as addressing the many challenges we face in delivering a quality science curriculum.
