Mayor's outreach programme takes the City to the People

Executive Mayor Dan Plato's Community Outreach Programme, "Taking the City to the People", continues this week. The Mayor invites all residents to attend a public meeting in their area. At the meeting residents will be able to highlight major issues that are affecting their community as a whole. For personal concerns, residents are encouraged to utilise the City's existing political structures such as Councillors, Subcouncils and Ward Forums.

The Mayor's Outreach Programme will run until 03 December 2009.
