Hot Air Balloon Crashes in Oudtshoorn

Metro Emergency Medical Services (EMS) received a call at 07:19 this morning (Wednesday 02 September 2009) of a hot air balloon that crash-landed in the Oudtshoorn district. The incident happened on the Stolsvlakte Road.

There were three occupants in the hot air balloon. Two of them, a man and a woman, were taken with Metro EMS ambulance to the Klein Karoo MediClinic in Oudtshoorn for minor injuries.
