City Traffic Officers visit Shelter for Abused Women and Children

Cape Town Traffic Services Women's Forum extends an invitation to members of the media to accompany them to the Dusk to Dawn Haven, a shelter for abused women and children. As part of the Forum's outreach program, traffic officers will donate basic toiletry items and will clean the shelter's garden and clear rubble.

As a special treat for the children, traffic officers will give them rides on their motorcycles.

Councillor Grant Pascoe, the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Social Development, will join the officers for the visit.
