Department of the Premier Conciliation Outcome

The Department of the Premier has concluded 2 days of conciliation with the Public Service Co-ordinating Bargaining Council, regarding the interpretation of a collective agreement, with Mr D Mias as the Conciliator. The Department wished to resolve the dispute raised by two of the four Unions, PSA and HOSPERSA. The dispute has not been resolved.

These Unions now have an option to refer the matter for arbitration before the bargaining council. The interdict hearing will be heard on 11 November at the Labour Court.
