Media Alert: MEC Grant to Present Plan to Improve Grade 12 Pass Rate

Minister for Education in the Western Cape Donald Grant and Head of Education, Penny Vinjevold, will tomorrow present detailed plans that are aimed at attaining an 80% pass rate in the NSC examinations in 2010.
