Department of Cooperative Governance & Traditional Affairs (National) - Bills: 2004

This bill aims to establish an institutional framework for the national government, the provincial government and local governments to promote and facilitate intergovernmental relations; to provide for mechanisms and procedures to facilitate the resolution of intergovernmental disputes; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
