BPeSA Western Cape operates both as a specialist investment promotion agency for the Business Process Outsourcing industry (including call centres) and as a regional trade association and networking body for the industry. The mandate of BPeSA Western Cape is to create jobs by raising awareness of the industry's potential internationally and thus attracting new investments.
CITI is a not-for-profit organisation focused on developing the ICT industry in the Western Cape. CITI's goal is to promote Cape Town as a global IT hub and gateway into Africa, thereby facilitating the creation of jobs and prosperity through IT.
