Third Annual Cape Town Corporate Games

The third annual Cape Town Corporate Games will be held from 5 to 8 June 2014 at the V&A Waterfront and other supporting venues across the Mother City. 

The Corporate Games started in 1998 and local events currently take place in 50 cities across the world. Organisers, 3rd South Africa, expect that the event will again bring thousands of business visitors to the Mother City.

Ms Nicole Visser of 3rd South Africa says this year’s event has generated an enormous amount of interest from organisations across South Africa. “Companies are keen to be involved in this opportunity for sporting competition, team building and networking”.

Western Cape Government Better Together Games participants, who won gold medals will recall the fun-filled experience they had taking part in the 2013 Corporate Games, when 47 companies and organisations, including the Western Cape Government, took part.

The Corporate Games began to encourage companies and other organisations to support their employees to pursue a more active lifestyle, to enhance teamwork and co-operation at work, to provide valuable opportunities for networking and brand exposure, and to provide lots of friendly sporting rivalry and fun.
