Press Conference on De Waal Drive Flats, Cape Town

In light of the recent media reports around the plans for the De Waal Drive Flats along with the plans for the current tenants of the flats, I’ve decided to call a press briefing to set the record straight. The flats are situated along De Waal Drive in the Cape Town CBD and are properties owned by the Western Cape Department of Human Settlements.

The concerns and the future of the tenants have been noted and it is essential that there is clarity and clear information around this issue. I would like to invite all members of the media to attend.
