16 September 2019

Tomorrow, 17 September 2019, Minister of Human Settlements, Tertuis Simmers will hand over title deeds to deserving recipients in Delft.

The title deed handover is part of the Department’s strategic goal in prioritising the elderly by ensuring ownership of their properties. The department believes that handing over title deeds gives people a sense of security, dignity and pride in having full ownership of their properties.

These beneficiaries are from our Delft Precinct 7 development, which is part of the N2 Gateway project. As the Western Cape Government, we remain committed to improving the lives of our residents.”
