Minister Plato to attend weekend Anti-Crime Events

Throughout this weekend, 7 – 8 November 2014, as well as Monday morning, 10 November 2014, Western Cape Minister of Community Safety, Dan Plato, will attend various anti-crime initiatives hosted by communities in the province to build effective partnerships with these communities towards safer environments.

Minister Plato will attend peaceful demonstrations and activities, as well as host various stakeholder engagements over the weekend in support of safer communities.

On Monday, Minister Plato will attend the funeral service of John and Samuel Serfontein who were mistaken for gangsters and gunned down in a drive-by shooting in Hanover Park last week.
