Minister Fernandez to launch Youth Café on Heritage Day

In commemoration of Heritage Day on Friday 24 September 2021, Minister Sharna Fernandez will be launching the Riversdale Thusong Centre Youth Café.

Youth Cafés seek to provide youth with a platform where they can access skills and personal development training, economic and social development opportunities, and creative spaces where they are able to express themselves at a local and global scale.

This new facility will focus on empowering both young women and men through entrepreneurship, job creation and sports development for young people living in Riversdale and surrounding areas.
