Media Alert: MEC to Monitor Latecomers from Cape Town Station through Golden Acre

Tomorrow, Western Cape Education Minister Donald Grant will be monitoring latecomers from Cape Town station through Golden Acre shopping centre.

While there has been high attendance at schools across the Western Cape at the start of the third term; some of our "commuter schools" have reported incidences of late attendance.

Minister Grant will be monitoring the flow of learners from the station, emphasizing to latecomers the importance of "time on task".
