Media Alert: Anene Booysen Netball Court To Be Officially Opened

MEDIA ALERT: ANENE BOOYSEN NETBALL COURT TO BE OFFICIALLY OPENED BY MINISTER MARAIS

On Monday, 5 December 2016, Minister Anroux Marais will officially open the new netball court in Zwelitsha, Bredasdorp.

The new netball court will be named after Anene Booysen who was brutally murdered in the town in 2013.

The Anene Booysen Netball Court will promote the sporting code of netball in order to contribute towards the reconciliation and development of Bredasdorp. It will also encourage the youth in the area to participate in positive youth development programmes such as sport, rather than getting involved in the social ills plaguing our communities.
