Finding a Balance Between White Shark Conservation and Recreational Safety

The City of Cape Town in partnership with WWF Sanlam Marine Programme invites you to attend a technical briefing on the recommendations proposed by a specialist workshop held on 29 and 30 May to inform the management of white sharks and recreational safety in Cape Town. The briefing will include specialist presentations by the Natal Shark Boards and other experts. The City of Cape Town will also make use of this opportunity to present its Draft White Shark and Coastal Recreation Safety Policy and Strategy

The complete Specialist Review document comprising all the papers presented at the workshop, as well as the recommendations from the specialist review, will be distributed at the briefing.
