Metro Police Women to bring Joy to Physically Disabled Children

The City of Cape Town Metro Police Women's Network Forum will be visiting the Maitland Cottage Home for Physically Disabled Children, as one of their social responsibility initiatives.

The officers will be accompanied by Wally 107, the mascot used to promote the City's 107 Public Emergency Communication Centre and will entertain the children by reading them stories. They will also supply much-needed groceries, toiletries and sweets which they have purchased themselves.

Since its establishment, the Forum has initiated a number of projects which have assisted those in need and benefitted poor communities.
