The first of 16 workshops to be held across the Western Cape to determine the policing needs and priorities (PNP) for 2015-’16 was held at the Mbekweni Thusong Centre in Paarl on Friday, where community members were given the opportunity to raise their concerns about crimes affecting their communities to the Minister of Community Safety, Dan Plato.
