Further Education and Training Colleges Act, 2006 (No. 16 of 2006)

Summary
The purpose of this Act is to enable students to acquire the necessary knowledge; practical skills; and applied vocational and occupational competence, and provide students with the necessary attributes required for employment, entry to a particular vocation, occupation or trade, or entry into a higher education institution. This Act applies to all education institutions which have been established.
