Economic Empowerment: Overview
The Economic Empowerment Directorate is charged with increasing all groups' participation in the Western Cape, especially:
- black economic empowerment
- women's economic empowerment
- youth economic empowerment
- disabled economic empowerment
- rural economic empowerment
- workers' economic empowerment.
