Western Cape Government to Offer Free Online Courses to 1 000 Businesses

On Thursday, 20 September 2012, Western Cape Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Alan Winde, will announce that as part of the 110% Green initiative, we will be offering free online courses to 1 000 qualifying Western Cape SMMEs.

The Nedbank/BDFM Publishers-facilitated courses are aimed at encouraging businesses to minimise their impact on the environment by going green.

In commemoration of World Car-Free Day, Minister Winde will take the MyCiTi bus to the launch event, to be held at the Bandwidth Barn in Woodstock.
