Minister Ramatlakane Sworn in as Western Cape Acting Premier

Judge Hlophe swears in Minister Ramatlakane as Acting Premier.Minister Ramatlakane will be standing in for Premier Ebrahim Rasool who will be away on official business until the 13 September 2005.
This is the fourth occassion that Minister Ramatlakane is called upon to serve as Acting Premier.
