Minister Grant to Deliver Transport and Public Works Budget Vote Speech

Donald Grant, Minister of Transport and Public Works will deliver the 2015/2016 departmental Budget Vote speech in the Western Cape Provincial Parliament on 25 March 2015 at 14:00.
