Media Alert: Minister Winde to Visit Businesses in Western Cape Film Sector

On Monday, 18 February, Western Cape Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Alan Winde will visit businesses operating in the Western Cape’s film sector. Minister Winde will visit a film studio, a film school and a production house.
The aim of the visit is to highlight the successes and potential of the region’s film industry in light of two Western Cape-made films being nominated in the 2013 Academy Awards (Oscars).
Minister Winde will visit the following businesses:
- Triggerfish – (studio)
- Big Fish
- X-Con Films
