Media Alert: Minister Grant to Deliver Western Cape Education Budget Speech

On 20 March 2014, Minister Donald Grant will be presenting the Western Cape Education Budget speech for 2014/2015.
For budgetary purposes the WCED operates 9 Programmes that taken together contribute towards further progress in education within our Province. Each of these programmes is integral to ensuring the stability of the structure of the Western Cape home.
The Minister will be speaking on all nine programmes as contained in the Budget, namely:
- Administration
- Public Ordinary Schools
- Independent School Subsidies
- Public Special School Education
- Further Education and Training
- Adult Education and Training
- Early Childhood Development
- Infrastructure Development
- Auxiliary and Associated Services
