Western Cape Rental Housing Tribunal – call for nominations for the chairperson, four (4) ordinary members and two (2) alternate members for the period 1 July 2026 – 30 June 2029.

In terms of Section 9 of the Rental Housing Act, 1999 (Act 50 of 1999), the Western Cape Provincial Minister of Infrastructure invites interested persons to submit nominations for appointment as Members of the Western Cape Rental Housing Tribunal for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029.
