Description:

Target audience and range of services include:

    • Shelter that supports women and their children for a period of 4 months
    • Free service for the emergency shelter
    • Capacity: 22 women & 35 children
    • 2nd stage housing is provided for women whoare able to stay for an additional 6 - 9 months
    • At the 2nd stage home, women are required to pay monthly rent
    • HIV/ Aids counselling and support
    • Empowerment workshops
    • Child care
    • Job skills training
    • Paralegal services
