This Schedule contains the regulations made in terms of the National Road Traffic Act, including regulations on registering and licensing motor vehicles, issuing learner and driver's licences, issuing roadworthiness certificates and issuing operators permits. It also contains regulations for traffic signs, speed limits and rules of the road.
