Directorate: Communications and Stakeholder Relations: Overview

The Communications and Stakeholder Relations Directorate is responsible for optimizing communication and relations with human settlement stakeholders as well as rendering a support service to the Rental Housing Tribunal.

Functions:

• Render a communication service.
• Optimise relations with stakeholders.
• Provide professional customer relations service.
• Rendering facilitative effective support services to the Rental Housing Tribunal to effectively deal with inspections, investigations, mediation of disputes and secretariat services to departmental customers.
