This is to provide the treatment and management of pain in any child with any condition or disease, ensuring that no child should suffer from pain while hospitalised and during their recovery phase at home.

The Paediatric Pain Management Department provides pain medicine services for all the major surgical disciplines including cardiac surgery, liver transplantation and conjoint twin separation, as well as for pain from debilating life-threatening or chronic illness.
