Summary
The Western Cape Government’s Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport hereby extends an invitation to the general public to nominate individuals or groups residing in the Western Cape who have excelled in making a difference in one or more of the fields below and have, in the process, substantially contributed towards realising the Western Cape Government’s strategic objectives.
- Please read the call for nominations before completing your nomination. It is available in Afrikaans, English and isiXhosa.
- Also familiarise yourself with the consolidated evaluation criteria before submitting your nomination. It is available in Afrikaans, English and isiXhosa.
- Complete the electronic nomination form online or download your manual nomination form in Afrikaans, English or isiXhosa.
- Nominations can be submitted via post, online or hand delivery.
- The closing date for nominations is 14 February 2020.
