The Service Delivery Integration Directorate is responsible for facilitating co-operative governance in support of service delivery integration.
Functions:
- To manage models for the Thusong Centre programme.
- To ensure the sustainable functioning of the Thusong Service Programme.
- To support co-operative governance between the three spheres of government.
