The Contact Centre will direct queries about other matters to the appropriate Departments.

  • address changes
  • queries regarding credits due
  • follow-up queries
  • fault reporting
  • complaints

If you have your City of Cape Town account number available, your call will be automatically directed to an area specific operator.
