This preliminary review of the laws on the killing of children is the first phase of a four-phase process that includes a literature review (this publication), a workshop process to raise awareness and start developing prevention strategies, a docket analysis to guage the level of service delivery from SAPS, and finally, the development and operationalisation of a holistic prevention strategy.
