Financial Management and Administration: Overview

The Chief Directorate provides strategic and operational direction in the provision of management support within the Department, which is achieved through the promotion of sound business practices, delivering of financial and related services as required by legislation, and the management, planning and control of human resources, labour relations, provisioning administration and support services.
