WoW! Active Public promotes regular physical activity and offers a range of FUN and FREE exercise events for public participation - to be enjoyed by all! Everyone is encouraged to join in – it is not just for WoW! participants! Events offered and enjoyed by the public to date included: Tai Chi, Tae Bo, Zumba, Aerobics, Boot Camp, Swing Dancing, Self Defence and Dance Fusion! Additional planned events comprise Yoga, Pilates, Line Dancing, Freestyle Dancing, Back Care, Group Walking and Basic Training for Running.

This active public movement is being tested in open spaces in Cape Town City Centre with the aim of implementing it at a range of settings across the Metro and the Western Cape.
