ePS Modernisation and Planned System Downtime Notice

ePS is Getting an Upgrade!

We are pleased to announce that the electronic Procurement Solution (ePS) is being modernised to provide suppliers with a simpler, more intuitive, and improved user experience.

As part of this upgrade, there will be a scheduled system downtime while the new platform is implemented.

Important Dates

Planned system downtime

From: 16:00 on Friday, 2 October 2026
To: 00:00 on Sunday, 4 October 2026

During this period, ePS will not be available for use.

Modernised ePS goes live: Monday, 5 October 2026

The upgraded platform will be available from Monday, 5 October 2026, offering a more streamlined and user-friendly experience.

What to expect

The modernised ePS will introduce:

✅ Easier navigation and enhanced usability
✅ Simpler and more streamlined access to system features and services

Do I need a new ePS link?

No.

The ePS web address (URL) is not changing.

You can continue using your existing ePS link to access the modernised platform from Monday, 5 October 2026.

Suppliers who did not complete pre-registration for migration during the designated registration period will automatically be guided through the relevant process when accessing the new platform via the existing ePS link.
