Witzenberg Municipality Basic Services

The Municipality is located in the Cape Winelands District, consisting of the five towns of Ceres, Tulbagh, Wolseley, Op-die-Berg and Prince Alfred’s Hamlet with the following basic services:

• electricity
• water and sewerage
• law enforcement, fire services and traffic services
• road and stormwater infrastructure
• building plan approval

• administers public facilities such as sport fields, recreational facilities and nature reserves
