Small Craft Washed off Stranded Bulk Carrier

A survival craft has been washed off the Turkish bulk carrier MV SELI 1 that ran aground at Dolphin Beach, Table View last night.
It is expected that it will beach itself on the shore. Anyone who finds the black craft is requested to please contact the City's Disaster Risk Management Centre on 080 911 HELP (4357).
